This page explains WIPO SPORT’s return and refund policy, including eligibility, RMA procedure, inspection standards, fees, and processing times. Please prepare your order number and photos/videos before submitting a return request to ensure quick handling.

  1. Scope
  • Applies to padel rackets, pickleball paddles, racket bags and accessories purchased via WIPO SPORT official channels.
  • Custom-made items (with customer logos or bespoke designs) are returnable only for manufacturing defects (see “Non-returnable items”).
  1. Return Eligibility
  • Report shipping damage or visible manufacturing defects within 7 days of receipt with photo/video evidence; or claim within the warranty period for non-user defects.
  • Products must be unused (unless defect prevents use), unmodified, and include original packaging/tags where applicable.
  • Returns must have an authorized RMA number issued by WIPO SPORT; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  1. Non-returnable Items
  • Fully custom products (logo, personalized colors/designs) without manufacturing defects.
  • Structural damage caused by misuse, impact, or unauthorized modification.
  • Consumable items or normal wear-and-tear components.
  • Claims filed outside prescribed timeframes without prior approval.
  1. Return & Inspection Process
  1. Submit request: within 7 days after receipt, submit a return request via support email or web form with order number, description and photos/videos.
  2. RMA & Approval: Support responds within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and issue RMA, return address and instructions.
  3. Ship back: Pack securely and return per RMA instructions; retain tracking number.
  4. Inspection: Items inspected on arrival (typically 3–7 business days).
  5. Resolution: After inspection, WIPO SPORT will arrange repair, replacement or refund and notify you by email.
  1. Shipping Costs & Fees
  • Manufacturer defects or shipping damage: WIPO SPORT covers reasonable return shipping and reshipment costs (international terms negotiated case-by-case).
  • Buyer’s remorse/other non-quality returns: buyer pays return shipping and any rework/restocking or handling fees.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs for international orders are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Refund Method & Timing
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; alternate arrangements may be agreed upon.
  • After approval, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days; actual credit timing depends on payment processor/bank.
  • For disputed cases, parties may provide further evidence or request third-party testing; large orders should reference written after-sales terms.
  1. Replacement & Repair
  • For confirmed manufacturing defects, WIPO SPORT will prioritize repair or replacement at no extra charge subject to stock and production scheduling.
  • Repair/replacement lead times will be communicated after inspection, typically 7–21 days depending on parts and production.
  1. Warranty
  • Warranty period and terms are defined in the sales contract or invoice. Extended warranty options may be available—confirm at time of order.
  • Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modification, and damage from accidents or natural events.
